If you are new to meditation we invite you on mat either seated or laying down. In this session the teacher will guide you to calm your mind and reconnect with your breath giving very detailed instructions. The class consists of two parts. Firstly, the teacher guide you though 10-15 minutes meditation and secondly you have time to journal your thoughts, feelings and insights.
We meet seated on a cushion to go inward. With our guided meditation we explore how silence makes us feel, we become an observer of our thoughts and our mind. We are trying to bring it to stillness. We will explore variety of diff erent meditation practices. The class consists of two parts.

We meet lying comfortably on a mat, wrapped in stillness and ease. Allow yourself to be carried by waves of sound and feel relaxed, recharged and present. In our soundbath sessions, the healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and rainsticks wash over you – calming your mind, soothing your nervous system, and nourishing your soul. The gentle scent of incense fi lls the space, while the resonance of each note creates a feeling of safety, peace, and deep release. Sound baths are known to reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, balance energy, improve sleep and enhance focus. If you long for deep physical and mental relaxation and a feeling of being completely recharged, this class is a perfect treat for your whole self.
We meet lying on a mat, supported by blankets and cushions, fi nding complete stillness during this whole class. Discover this deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep. In this yoga practice you are gently guided into a state between wakefulness and dreaming – a place where the body rests deeply while the mind remains aware. You will be guided by the teacher’s calming voice and the soft sounds of Tibetan bowl, chimes or rainsticks. Yoga Nidra is a mix of guided meditation, guided visualization and shavasana. Scientifi c research suggests that Yoga Nidra is deeply restorative and enhances sleep quality, reduces stress and fear and activates the parasympathetic nervous system function on a daily basis.
